5G network system is our near future. Most telecom companies are working to bring 5G connectivity to India. Bharti Airtel, one of the most popular telecom companies in the country, has decided to take all the necessary equipment from European companies Nokia and Ericsson to make their 5G service. And last but not least, Nokia and Ericsson have announced plans to build their own factories in India.

The current Corona Pandemic situation has brought down the Indian economy. The country's telecom companies can be considered as one of the main pillars of the economy. In this scenario, the economy will be boosted if the telecom companies buy Nokia and Ericsson's 5G service equipment made in the Indian market. Randeep Sekhan, Chief Technology Officer, Bharti Airtel, said all telecom companies should join hands with the Indian government in building a digital India to keep the domestic economy afloat. He added that Nokia and Ericsson would sell all the necessary equipment, such as radios, cores and various transport equipment, to Airtel at their local Indian factory.

By the way, Airtel used to buy essential items from Chinese companies Huawei and ZTE. But now Airtel has completely stopped buying things from Huawei, citing a boycott of Chinese goods across India. They have already stopped taking work items from Rajasthan Circle from Huawei, buying from Ericsson.

Airtel is already ready to bring 5G connectivity to India. Their work is far ahead. An executive of the company said that as soon as the Indian government allows E band and V band spectrum for 5G networks, they will be able to bring 5G. To bring 5G across the country, one has to invest a lot of money to buy equipment. If those equipments are made in the factory of one's own country, then its effect on the economy of the country is inevitable.
